Master Dawn Hayman Master Dawn Hayman is a fifth degree black belt in Kar-Do-Jitsu-Ryu Karate and a fourth degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She has studied various forms of martial arts for 21 years. She has competed in over 200 tournaments winning numerous awards. She teaches Tae Kwon Do, sparring, fitness and self-defense. Her students include two current state champions in sparring and one current state champion in traditional forms, one reigning US Karate Open Champion in sparring, and numerous prize winners from tournaments in the State of Florida and around the United States ranging in ages from 5 to 41. Her positive reinforcement philosophy helps student achieve proper technique and maximize their martial arts potential. |

Emmanuel Alves Emmanuel "Manny" Alves was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He started training BJJ under Professor Paulo Wesley Lopes since he was 12 years old and has been the champion of the Rio de Janeiro State Jiu-Jitsu League (LERJJI) for many years. He also has been a junior instructor at affiliated schools in the Rio de Janeiro State for several years. Manny is a certified instructor under the World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association. |

Sifu Ed Hicks Sifu Hicks trained and taught at the Wah Lum Temple in Orlando from 1988 until 2003 under the guidance of Grand Master Chan. He then moved to North Port and began teaching classes in November of 2003. He still retains close ties with the Wah Lum Kung Fu system and the Wah Lum Family. Sifu Ed Hicks is a 7th Generation Successor to the Wah Lum System. |
